Some people think life coaches are useless because they are just parroting self-help literature. That’s a ridiculous claim, considering that celebrities like Oprah Winfrey and Michael Jordan have endorsed the service and hired expert life coaches. But how can you be sure that they are truly worth the money? To answer this question, let’s look at a few of the things they do and don’t do.
Some people may think a life coach is useless if they don’t have a certification program. This is not true, and certification helps improve a life coach’s skills women life coach.
